We have three options for Gift card purchases:

  1. *Buy online on our website:*
    Just press the purchase button located below the chosen service. You can pay with bank cards, electronic transfers, and PayPal.
  2. *Buy directly from our Whatsapp:* (Link https://wa.link/ifbbrq)
    Choosing the service and paying through a bank transfer. After you make the purchase, we will send you a gift card to your email in PDF format the same day you make the purchase, which you can print or forward to the email of the person you want to give as a gift.
  3. *Purchase directly at the Spa:* Choose the service, or we will guide you. You can pay with bank cards, cash, and transfers.

You can personalize the digital format of the Gift Card by choosing from the images available on our website. You can also optionally include a special message.

If you want a physical Gift card format, you can come pick it up at our Center located at Suecia 42, office 1402, Providencia.

To reserve a gift card appointment, you must contact us through WhatsApp or Mail: WhatsApp (+56 9 6899 4627) Link:https://wa.link/ifbbrq or contacto@shadhar.cl, indicating the code that appears on your Gift card, with the treatment option you choose and preferred hours.
We recommend scheduling one week in advance for weekday appointments and at least 2-3 weeks for Saturdays and Sundays.
We only deliver gift card hours by these means because we leave a written record to back up your appointment.

You will receive a gift card with all the options, and when the person books, we will ask the person which option they prefer.

Our Gift Cards are valid for six months from purchase.

Yes, you can do it. When scheduling, we only need the purchase code.

We allow exceptions in some justifiable cases for expired gift cards (like medical cases) but typically have a six (6) month window to attend.

Once your appointment is confirmed and you do not attend, the service will be deemed delivered. Any change must be notified at least 24 hours in advance, and exceptions must be made with a medical certificate or other unforeseen severe circumstances.

If you no longer want to use your Gift card, you can request a refund up to 10 days after making the purchase. After ten days, you can only exchange for another service. If the Gift card has expired, no refund will be made in any way.

The return is always made to the person who made the purchase.

We do not have parking in the building. However, one block away are the underground Saba parking lots, Tiendas Paris, and Costanera Center parking lots.

Our opening hours are Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with 8 p.m. being the last scheduled time.

Cambios de horas:
Una vez que se encuentra confirmada su hora y no asiste, el servicio se entenderá como entregado. Cualquier cambio debe ser avisado con mínimo 24 horas de anticipación.

Devoluciones:
Se puede solicitar el reembolso hasta 10 días después de haber realizado la compra. Después de 10 días, sólo se puede realizar cambio por otro servicio.

Validez de la compra:
